Sydney knew the vehicles inside and out and answered every question with real knowledge instead of sales talk. Once again Kevin was able to take an unplanned battery failure and get me in the next day and get me a new battery covered under warranty. While there it was time for the rear differential fluid change. I had left my 2026 passport tse for 10 days at the airport was dead and had to be jumped to get it started that day and the next morning for me to get it to the dealership. Had very nice employees but they were kind of pushy on trying to get more money out of you. We got my mother a new Blue obsidian colored 2023 Honda Pilot elite. We got it for a little over $44k. They did not clean it very well because there were scratches in various places but otherwise they where amazing and had a very nice and wide variety of cars to select from.

First visit to service department for tire pressure recall. Francisco was amazing and the service included the recall fix, an inspection and car wash. Exceptional visit!!
