Got into a car, didn’t let us look at more than one. A bit pushy and the financial part was garbage set us up with a high interest rate loan with a low end lender. Seems they did it for the money grab. But that’s just me, everyone’s experience is different. Last two cars were smooth but it was a different salesman and financial closer.

Quick and easy to check in for my oil and rotation I only waited for 1/1/2 hours and my car was ready for me to pick up and leave and I received a car wash to top it off

The air conditioner in my car was not working and your staff took the time to find out the cause. The leak was found after quite a few tests. I appreciate the Uber rides to and from my home so that I did not have to sit and wait for the work to be completed. Also, Alfredo listed to me and was very helpful meeting my needs and explaining what exactly was done to fix the problem. The air conditioner works great now which is SO important in the horrible Arizona summer heat!!

This is a service department review - I have brought my 2008 CRV to Germain Honda of Surprise twice for service. Both times have been nothing short of friendly and professional experiences. The shop is thorough and honest. Kevin Proo is a wonderful service advisor to work with. He liaises between you and the tech and does his job flawlessly. He works hard to give you the best deal on OEM parts and labor. The work done on my vehicle has been top tier, fast and correct work. Highly recommend this shop for your Honda and Kevin to be your advisor.

After going to several dealerships and getting frustrated and almost giving up we ended up at Germain Honda and I cant say enough good things. They kept everything fast, friendly and gave the best deal. Jay was a great salesman he didn't push us into anything he knew we couldn't afford. Ivan in finance knew our budget and didn't push any unnecessary charges.
Jay was was an amazing salesman. He didn't try to force us into anything or push us into something that we couldn't afford at all. We've been to three or four different dealerships in the past 3 weeks looking for the right fit and Germaine Honda got the deal because They treat us like human beings, not just dollar signs. They also gave us a fair trade-in 3K more than any other dealership offered . I highly recommend them.
