Prior to completing the sale of any used vehicle, we will provide you a written disclosure in boldface (or otherwise clearly distinguished) stating whether an express warranty or guaranty is included, or that the vehicle is sold “as is – not expressly warranted or guaranteed” in accordance with A.R.S. § 28-4412.

Used vehicles are also subject to Arizona’s implied warranty of merchantability (A.R.S. § 44-1267) for the earlier of 15 calendar days or 500 miles, unless properly waived under statute, with notice of that waiver in boldface in the contract.

If the used vehicle is sold “as is,” a clear “AS IS – NO WARRANTY” disclosure will appear in the Buyers Guide as required under federal law.

New Vehicle Damage Disclosure.

If a new vehicle has been damaged and repaired in an amount exceeding 3% of the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (calculated at authorized warranty labor/parts rates), we will disclose that fact in writing prior to executing a sales contract, per A.R.S. § 28-4411. Minor damage to glass, tires, or bumpers that has been repaired with original or comparable equipment is exempt from disclosure.
